When you define requirements consider the layout (folder structure and naming conventions) in the screenshot below. It is best to retain as much structure as possible when organizing, labeling and classifying requirements.

You can utilise inline editing to quickly input your requirements. This is achieved by clicking within one of the fields in the data grid and then typing and pressing tab to navigate to the next cell. The alternative is to double click on the requirement record to open the Edit window.
You can choose which fields are presented in the data grid by right clicking on the grid title bar. This enables you to set out the fields you would like to populate quickly through inline editing. This functionality is available in every entity view.
