Before specifying anything within Vienna we need to have users setup so that we can associate relevant artefacts with people. For example all Test Cases and Defects should be assigned to a person.

You can double click on any member of the above team to view more information about them (see screenshot below). Vienna will record all Requirements, Test Cases and Defects assigned to that user, and all Defects that have been raised by that user. You can also build up comments about team members (which projects they have been involved with, key skills etc), and any relevant files such as their CV, or any Test Completion Reports or Test Strategies they have written.
