Vienna is one of the only test management tools that allows you to specify project success criteria. You can change these criterion to meet your needs.

You could consider instituting a standard set of success criteria for all projects of a specific type. An example would be that your projects require a pass rate of 90%, No critical defects, No Major defects, 5 Minor and 10 Cosmetic. You will find that your ability to compare the quality of projects is enhanced by utilising standard success criteria.

Some of the Project Settings will automatically change during the lifetime of the project. In the example above you will notice that the 'Completed' bar is at 88%. This means you have now been able to execute 88% of your test cases. You will also see 'Vienna Status' is now set to 'Bugs'. This means defects have been raised during your testing and are still outstanding.
