When you click on the Defects module link in the bottom left hand corner of the Vienna Window, you will see a list of defects raised against your project (see screenshot below).
You can double click on any of the defects records in the list to launch the Defect entity screen. You will be presented with a window as shown below. If you asked for your defect to be autoamtically captured you will notice that almost all of the fields have been pre populated including which operating system and web browser the defect was raised against. Vienna also captures all of the running processes and whether or not they were responding and places this information in the Notes field. Vienna will also capture a screenshot of the website/application under test at the time of raising an automatic defect. You can take a look at the screenshot by double clicking the image within the Image attachments screen.
You can of course capture a Defect at any stage. You do not have to wait until you are executing a Test Run.
